Hello friends, since the release of BBM on andriod&iphone OS I have been having requests on 'How can I use BIS on andriod to ping'? Well if you have an andriod/iphone and has downloaded the BBM app, the next issue you might be facing right now is the outrageous amount of data plans, which when compared with blackberry devices is as good as 'swindling'. Imagine paying #1000 for 200mb, when that amount can give you 3gb for 1month. Yes, it is true and is what I advice you as a friend to give a trial until these network providers review that tarriffs.
Well, for now only Airtel BIS works on andriod, iphone other mobile devices and even PC .
PROCEDURE
- subscribe to any of the airtel BIS plan.
- after subscription load #100 airtime
- send the code *141*712*11#. the #100 will be deducted, and you will be given 10mb in addition to your BIS plan.
- start pinging, browsing and download till the gb expires.

TIP: I heard MTN was rolling out free mb/gb to customers, check your sim (*559#) you may be lucky.
